Article 50 is live

Adopt AI fast.
Prove it’s compliant.

The EU AI Act already reaches most companies using AI. Twelve questions show you, in two minutes, whether you have exposure worth resolving.

  1. Does it reach you
  2. Live right now
  3. On the runway
  4. The record

Article 3

Does your organisation use AI anywhere in the business?

  • Chatbots, voice agents or content generation
  • Scoring, screening, forecasting or automation
  • Tools you buy in count, not just tools you build

Thirty minutes, and you know where you stand.

On the call we open our risk assessment tool and run your own systems through it, one at a time. You leave with a list that looks like this.

Every AI system in the building, named.
The role you hold for each one: provider, deployer, or both.
The duties that reach it today, and the dates for the rest.

Who it reaches

If your business uses AI, it reaches you.

You do not have to build anything, and you do not have to be in Europe. A company established outside the Union is in scope where the output its system produces is used inside it.

The EU AI Act, explained: what it is, who it reaches, what it costs
What you owe, and when

Most of the Act was delayed. These parts were not.

Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 moved the high-risk obligations by sixteen months for Annex III systems and twelve for Annex I. It did not move the prohibitions, AI literacy, transparency, or the enforcement chapter.

Today
Applied2 February 2025Article 5 and Article 4Eight practices banned outright, and the duty to take measures supporting AI literacy.
Applied2 August 2026Article 50 and Chapter IXTransparency duties applied, and national market surveillance authorities began enforcing.
Deferred2 December 2027High risk, standaloneAnnex III systems. Deferred here from 2 August 2026.
Deferred2 August 2028High risk, in productsAnnex I systems, inside products that are already regulated.
How it works

Three moves.

01

Find what you run

A thirty minute call. We list every AI system in the building, name the role you hold for each one, and tell you which duties actually reach you.

02

Build the record

The tool asks the questions in the Act's own order and keeps your answers with the route that produced them. What you answer once is carried into every tool that needs it.

03

Hand it over

Disclosures written and placed, suppliers on the hook in writing, the whole file exportable. When a customer, an investor or an authority asks, you send it and go back to work.

The platform

One record, and everything that has to be in it.

Every system,
in one register

What you run, who owns it, which role you hold, and which duty reaches it. One list, kept current, exportable the day somebody asks.

Duties mapped, not guessed

Each system is put through the Act’s own questions in the Act’s own order, and the route to the answer is kept with it.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

It is Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, a single set of rules applying across all 27 Member States without needing national implementation. It sorts AI by risk rather than by sector: a small number of practices are prohibited outright under Article 5, a defined set is treated as high-risk, certain systems carry transparency duties under Article 50, and everything else is largely unregulated. If your organisation builds, brands, sells or uses AI in a business context, some part of it reaches you. The question is which part, and in which role.
